Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Coverage Details

1.Travel Accident Insurance (Death & Disability): Coverage up to RMB 300,000Insurance compensation will be paid in accordance with policy terms if death or disability is caused by accidental injuries during the trip.

2.Travel Accident Medical Insurance: Coverage up to RMB 30,000Eligible medical expenses arising from accidents during travel can be reimbursed per policy provisions. A deductible of approximately RMB 100 applies, and the reimbursement ratio shall be subject to the official policy clauses.

3.Supplementary Travel Acute Sickness Death & Total Disability Insurance: Coverage up to RMB 30,000Compensation is available if death or total disability is resulted from acute diseases occurring during the trip.

Trip Cancellation Reimbursement

If you have to cancel the trip for covered reasons (such as covered illness or injury suffered by yourself, family members or travel companions), we will reimburse your pre-paid non-refundable travel expenses. The reimbursement amount is up to 100% of non-refundable costs, subject to the plan coverage limit.

✅ Emergency Medical CoverageReimburses medical expenses arising from covered accidents or sudden illnesses during travel. Most regular medical insurance does not take effect overseas, and this plan makes up for the gap perfectly, which is especially valuable for international trips.

✅ Emergency Medical TransportationArranges and covers medically necessary transportation to qualified medical facilities for treatment in case of covered injury or illness, as well as transportation arrangements for your return home after recovery.

Extra Flexibility: Cancel Anytime Upgrade

By purchasing the Cancel Anytime add-on, you can receive up to 75% reimbursement for trip costs for reasons not specified in the standard plan, on the condition that you notify China Merchants International Travel Service of cancellation before departure.

Important Reminder: The Cancel Anytime upgrade must be purchased within 14 days after you pay the initial trip deposit. Exclusions apply. Please check the general exclusion clauses in the plan documents for details.

How to Enroll

The premium of the Guest Protection Program will be listed on your travel invoice. You may complete enrollment by paying the corresponding premium together with your trip deposit, or before your final payment for the trip.
